As the founder and Chief Creative Strategist of OneFish Creative, Amanda brings over 25 years of agency experience to OneFish Creative. She doesn’t just lead the studio; she partners with client leadership to align brand identity with overarching business goals. Specializing in design thinking, brand architecture, and high-level creative direction, Amanda translates complex corporate, academic, and non-profit objectives into powerful visual strategies. Under her leadership, OneFish delivers cohesive, high-impact campaigns that drive real results.
When not busy creating, Amanda loves to spend time with her daughter and husband. She also loves to paint in her spare time and spends her Summers with her dragonboat team.
Michelle spearheads the design operations for our Australian studio, bringing over two decades of global design experience to the team. A highly versatile creative force, Michelle bridges the gap between big-picture strategy and stunning visual execution. She leads our design team in crafting engaging, modern, and effective design solutions that connect brands deeply with their audiences.
Although Michelle is passionate about design and all things artistic based, she is also a lover of sport (both armchair and socially), adventure and family. On her down-time you might find Michelle sitting by a campfire with her daughter and husband.
Inessa is the driving force behind our bold, modern digital and web design. With a sharp eye for layout, UI/UX, and contemporary design trends, she specializes in building accessible, engaging online experiences that capture attention. Whether she’s crafting responsive websites, coding interactive elements, or designing for print, Inessa ensures designs are as functional as they are beautiful.
When she’s not building websites or designing for print, you’ll find her sailing or hanging with her two cats, Peanut and Butter.
